Erin received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University, just after completing her collegiate volleyball career at NAU as a setter. Professionally, she found her passion in treating youth athletes and individuals with pelvic dysfunction. Erin enjoys being active through hiking, weightlifting, roller blading, and running after her twins.
Erin holds a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, Master’s in Educational Leadership, and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University. She is a Certified Pelvic Floor Therapist through the APTA.

Brian Alexander, MA, CMPC
Certified Mental Performance Consultant
Brian has consulted and supported every level of sport from Olympians to youth and professional performance in the business and medical professions. Most recently Brian attended the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games as the mental skills coach for USA Men’s water polo. Brian also serves as the Director of Performance Mind for UC San Diego athletics. Brian has been an approved mentor through the Association for Applied Sport Psychology guiding a number of high level mental performance consultants toward their certification hours. He has also served as an adjunct professor teaching Counseling Skills, Diversity in Sport, & the History of Sport and Sport Psychology. Brian has co-authored book chapters in texts titled Excelling in Sport Psychology: Planning, Preparing & Executing Applied Work & Building Consulting Skills: An International Case Study Collection.
Brian holds a Bachelor in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Masters in Sport Psychology from John F. Kennedy University. He maintains CMPC status as administered by the Association for Applied Sport Psychology.

Emily Mitchell MS, RDN, CSSD,CDCES
Registered Dietician
Emily houses an extensive background in Sports Nutrition on both collegiate and professional levels. She most recently held the position of Sports Performance Dietitian with the LA Galaxy and currently consults LMU Athletics as their Sports Dietitian and works with individual USTA players. In the past, Emily consulted Gatorade Sports Science, the NBA G League’s Lakers and Clippers and aided the Tampa Bay Buccaneers during Organized Team Activities (OTAs). Emily also headed UCLA Athletics nutritional needs as their Director of Sports Nutrition.
Emily holds a Bachelors of Science in Dietetics from Purdue University and a Masters in Exercise Science from California University at Pennsylvania.
